Keep on keeping on.

I remember watching an old advertisement about paint, which endures all sorts of elements, with the catch cry "Keep on keeping on". I can definitely relate to this! While we can hang in there when circumstances come against us, do we still keep going even when nothing happens? The answer should be "Yes", because apathy is as bad as having despair. So, where does our source come from? Our own strengths or God? The fact is, our own strength gives out and we need answers and direction. We can be confident that no matter what goes around us, God is trustworthy and never changes who He is! His word, his Spirit won't let us down and He always has our back, and isn't that reassuring? Good times as well as bad, do not mean we should be distracted or bogged down by emotions, but to rejoice God has us on track and we keep on keeping on.
