Making the sense of missions.

There is a natural assumption that going on the field is a very easy process. Case in point, I knew someone who was keen to go on the field, but stated they wanted to be on the field in a month. Having been at the process for a while, I knew that while they were very enthusiastic, it was not a realistic idea. Not one to discourage, I carefully explained there are many tasks that need to be done and outlined what they were. I have no idea what happened to them. As my family goes through this journey, there are stops and starts, but the most important thing is that God has the final say and we should trust his word.
