As most of you know, I have had to deal with a somewhat scary situation, which was, having fluid in the lungs. Now there needs to be some fluid there, but not to the extent that was found in me. While the doctors don't know how it happened, I learnt a lot through the journey. Here is what I know...

Timing and situations have a reason, we just don't know what they are! With both my mother and I falling ill, meant some things took a back seat. Studying for my Japanese test gave way for caring for others and maintaining my own healthy lifestyle. Total surrender in all ways, gives us a greater clarity.

Having God's peace and joy is even more vital than ever! I am not talking the manufactured, "fake it, till you make it" kind, but only the type that comes from a deep relationship with our Heavenly Father. It is not something people can explain, but only through experience, can we truly understand what it means and to live in it.

Remember, that all is in the palm of our God's hands! Total trust, is one of the hardest things to learn, and that only comes from being humble. Abraham trusted that God would restore all to him and give him his heart's desire, which was a family of his own. The wait was long, but the reward was well worth it.

Through the weekend in Adelaide, God kept showing me ways that is with me in my walk. We may not always see the footprints, but rest assured God is there. No matter whether it is sitting a challenging test, enduring a loved one's health struggles or wondering what happens next
